He went about this the wrong way.
Should've offered her $200 to co-star in an adult film he was directing, producing and starring in. Then its not sexual harassment, its offering employment.

Chicks like her who escort charge thousands per night. Where did this clown think $200 was going to get him? I bet if he offered 5 grand she would’ve accepted without hesitation. She was probably more offended by the offer amount than the actual offer.

Eh, it depends on how famous they are. There are plenty of lower tier girls that would take that in a heart beat, especially if they needed money and had little else going on.
Now certainly for some it may not be nearly enough, but you are talking about 60 minutes of work for a quick $200.
