Is there no statute that says a political state office must be occupied by a legal US Citizen? What in the green hell is California fricking doing.
I vote for extending the wall to include everything West of Bakersfield. These fricks want to make it on their own without following the rules huh? Let's let them and see how it goes.

Don't you have to be a state citizen minimum to even serve in a state legislature in any capacity?
