I am at the point that if I have a couple of days off and my body actually feels completely fresh then I have a tendency to go too hard in my workouts and really make myself sore. It's like I am not alive if I don't feel something when I move.
Yesterday:
Morning-
5 rounds:
500m row - working on holding a steady pace throughout
10 box step ups
then
Backsquats &
Barbell lunges
Afternoon:
3 1-mile runs with 2 min rest between - trying to push the pace and working on getting ready for some 5ks.
