Workout of the Day

00:00- 15:00
Build to a tough single Squat Clean

15:00-20:00
Load 70%

20:00-27:00
AMRAP @ 70%


I worked up to 175lb. Not a PR but just 10lb shy. It went up quite easy.. I need to re-test max cleans soon.

I got 40 reps on the AMRAP. Counted a few that were probably no-reps (depth) if I'm being honest.
