I don't want to do either of the workouts today (crossfit or lean bodies). I am tired and sore and just want to go to bed.

We did an easy workout..

25 Min
Min 1 Row
Min 2 Step ups
Min 3 Situps
Min 4 90/90 (sitting hip rotation shite)
Min 5 Side Shuffle

I pushed it and got my HR up to 176 at one point.
