A fully guaranteed deal will nwver work in the NFL. What if he tears his acl before the season? He gets 30 mil while watching games from the sidelines.

its only 3 years fully guaranteed man. Most big contracts basically equate to a fully guaranteed first 2-3 years regardless. have some god damn fricking perspective you damn scumbag.

If he signs a 5 year deal worth 150 mil with 70 in guarantees from the Browns, do you think they are going to cut him in your scenario?

happens all the time, besides he is a pocket passer. brady went down with an acl, and i do believe he's won a few super bowls since then. not saying cousins will, but he's not a qb like watson or mariota.

Works out just fine in the NBA.

And fully guarantee contracts will have lower salaries than the inflated ones we have now.

And it’s not like these guys aren’t already making millions on the sideline when they get hurt.
