Looking to buy some new boots. I've seen these boots pop up a lot. Nice looking boots, anyone have them?
No I don't need steel toes

Doesn't match your purse?

Buckle isn't my thing but pants leg will cover it up.
Reviews give it mad props but reviews are are damn subjective.
The boot seems to be hard to order because it's always on BO.

I have a pair of Danner combat boots that I bought when I was deployed in Iraq in 2010. Still have them and wear them now almost 8 years later while being deployed in Afghanistan.
They have mainly lasted so long due to me only wearing them when it rains and the nasty few days after a good rain. They are still as comfortable as the day I bought them and probably the best $125.00 I have ever spent on footwear.

I don’t know what those fig machines you just posted are but I think that’s Danner’s queer cousin Dana...
I’ve had these mofos since 2010 and they’re still goin

Did you have a cock in your mouth while deciding to post that pic here?

Mine are like those, but 100% leather. They are great in the rain and snow.

That side buckle makes me think that you use a wallet chain

I have a pair of the Pronghorn boots for hunting and they’re probably the most comfortable boots I’ve ever put on my feet.
I also have a pair of the Tannicus dry that I got for a long mountain hike. I like them but it’s taken nearly 200 miles of walking to break them in fully.

I bought those during one of their sales.
And I sent them back without even putting them on.

I've started looking at Danner, too.
Mostly, I've been leaning towards the Mountain Light...
In college I wore Vasque boots (when they were still made in Italy). About 10 years ago I bought a new pair of Sundowners...they literally fell apart within 18 months.
About 5 years ago I bought a pair of Ahnu Mendocino boots...they were light and comfortable, but wound up only lasting a little longer than the Vasque.
That is why I'm looking at the Danner. I want something that I can wear for years, resole, and continue to wear for years more.

I bought a pair of Danner Hunting Boots two years ago and couldn’t be happier. They are by far the best boots I’ve ever owned.

Have a pair of their hunting boots and they are definitely durable and comfortable
