I didn’t hinge my enjoyment on it either - but I do have a gameroom full of sports and tv memorabilia so a few autographs on a Pels ball is a nice addition. My son was overjoyed to get Rondo’s autograph on the ball, and I was happy to get Darius’ - two of our personal favorites. And since the autograph line was literally 5-10x longer than any other line, I’m guessing other fans enjoy this aspect as well. It was just disappointing that standing in line for an autograph for that long basically meant missing out on everything else. Like I said, a simple sign on the median saying ‘’Pels parking’’ with an arrow would have prevented a big traffic jam and lots of confusion.

I was always pretty irritated how the autograph lines were ran. Last year AD showed up 15 minutes late and left a few minutes earlier than he was scheduled to. I was the 2nd person in line when he left.

I always thought they should have multiple tables. Atleast let people decide who they want to get.

If they had multiple tables, one or two lines would be ridiculously long. You can’t be mad at the organization because everyone flocks for autographs. I asked my kid would she rather stand in line for autographs for an hour or would she rather do everything else. She chose everything else, and we had a wonderful time.

In my opinion you fix the autograph lines by only allowing kids to get autographs. Seeing grown men collect autographs is sad. The only autographs I collect from other men is on a check.
