20 pounds of noodles with standard 40 pounds of meat may get you 150 servings if you're monitoring portion sizes.

Be careful - a lb of noodles go WAY further than a lb of rice!

I agree with smartass. You should get about 150-160 servings (small clamshell) from 20lbs of pasta.
My rule of thumb is 5 servings per pound of rice and 7-8 servings per pound of pasta (# 3 spaghetti).
