Hurts in the short run but in the long run America will be better off and as will the rust belt. I'm originally from upstate NY and the economy there was ruined by free trade. Places like Buffalo have near 40% poverty rates because of trade deals with China.

I've found you're problem; You're not looking at the whole picture.
Of course some industries get hurt by free trade, but overall, history is clear on this; Society is better off, MUCH better off for it.
Also, a huge problem is our own regulations here, not trade. The amount of regs and taxes we have crushes our comparative advantage, so instead of advocating for policies that drive the costs/prices of things higher, why not advocate for things that drive costs lower AND incentivize companies to locate here?

It kills the middle class as it has been doing for years, If the $25 /hr. jobs go away and reduce to $15/hr. jobs, the middle sector of the economy shrinks.

No.
Compliance costs have been crushing them, not trade.
Trade makes things more affordable. If the other side is "cheating" through subsidies and currency manipulation, it makes it even more affordable for us.

That’s happening already and being implemented under this administration.

It doesn't, because of the US's ability to generate any product, foreign countries need more from us than we need from them.
We don't need plastic crap from China, we don't need more tvs from Korea, etc.

Purchasing power in the US on staples like food and housing has definitely gone down since Globalization began in the late '70's.

He could abolish OSHA, unions, minimum wage, social security, workers comp, unemployment insurance, medicaid, highway use tax, the EPA, DEQ , etc, to help the US compete with China. And don’t think China doesn’t tax our goods!

Nobody who lives here:
...goes to work in this:
...and has lunch here:
Can compete with someone who lives here:
....takes this to work:
...and has lunch here:
Your level of education and work ethic don't matter. Free trade is fine when countries with similar standards of living engage in it. Nobody objects to a German accountant riding a Harley or an American Doctor driving a Volkswagen. But when you have economies where the cost of production of a unit of labor is dramatically higher because of its first world standard of living trying to trade with third world economies...well you see the result.
Fortunately the American people are waking up and the day of laying off Americans to hire Chinese, Mexican, and other workers in this game of standard of living arbitrage is coming to and end.

It's actually the other way around. Here's a more recent example. Obama passed a tariff in 2009 on car and truck tires imported from China. The result:
1. $1.1 billion in lost welfare to consumers, coming from higher costs from imported tires, and higher costs to domestic tires.
2. 1,200 jobs saved at the cost of $900,000 per job
3. 3,731 jobs lost due to the diverted spending on higher tire prices.
