Wrong again. They were running near break even before oilfield collapse without real estate sales.


I don’t care either way. I have already written it off so to be able to play it again is a welcome surprise

don't know where you got your info about breaking even. but that is totally wrong. the family was steady pouring their own money into maintaining the course.it's a nice course but it will never sustain on its own. will be closed a year from now.
