Yes nothing has been submitted. Just wanted OB to be aware. Sometimes this crap seems like it has no chance and then something happens and it gains traction. I will be contacting my legislators when it does get written just to make sure.

Yes it has, you just have to know where to look.

ETA: not the same bill calling for outright banning of "assault rifles", but established the definition
