I take it this boy has never visited a rural area before. This is a part of the culture. I had friends growing up who made their own bullets. People in rural areas shoot outside their homes all the time. He's also banning hunting with this by forcing all shooting to occur at the range and all bullet purchases to be done there and only there.

This kid is a communist stooge. He will get nothing and like it.
