What's wrong with what's on the list and what does your city offer? I'll have you mind that I put 'etc' at the bottom. I didn't have time to rattle off every thing that you can do on any given day to enjoy yourself in this city.
ETA: I see kingbob is doing work in this thread. I hold what he says to a very high regard because he calls it both ways. He calls out BR's sore spots and needs, but will defend what it does do well. Always fair and well educated on local matters.
Personally, I've lived in BR for 9 years now all in my young adulthood. If you can't enjoy yourself in this city, you have problems. You just have to find your niche. Does it stack up with other cities I've been to? Hell no. But let's not pretend this place is Alexandria or something.
