This is a big ole lie! What an idiot. Teams like swimming only get 9-10 scholarships but a full travel team is 22. So you have plenty of scholarship athletes on just room/board or books, etc. plenty of out of state scholarship athletes who can’t get tops who have to pay their own tuition/fees
