I've done the ChefSteps recipe for this on several occasions. I like them. Although I use cottage cheese and the cottage cheese does overwhelm everything else to the point that it seems like you are just eating cottage cheese.

I’ve seen some using heavy cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese... I think I’ll try heavy cream first.
