Who are we projecting here? I assume ceh will be one of our kick returners. Do we put Drake Davis back there with him?

I saw some comments recently about Kary Vincent but I think our secondary is too thin to risk injury by putting a corner in the return game.

Might give provens a look. Maybe Stevens. I’m just guessing.

It’s pretty disappointing that Donte Jackson didn’t return punts

Traore on kickoffs.

Back up kicker on punts.

I don't know if I'd trust his ability to field it. Guessing that's why he wasn't in that role.

They tried him back there, but he couldn't catch the damn ball, just like he couldn't tackle.

You make a good point about secondary issues. My guess is they'll find a wr to return punts/kicks, or maybe CEH.

I think Davis and Dillon are the ones that are best suited for punt returns. I don't see these really tall guys like Sullivan being shifty enough.

Dillon definitely has the agility to slip away on one.

I would be interested to see what Chase can do on punts.

How many muffed punts did he have?

I remeber Him returning kicks and like 1 punt before we went with super surehanded Chark

Also White had some muffed punts too.

Don't know who they will put in those spots but wr's would be a wise choice. It's our deepest position, we just need to find a guy who is aware of situations/field position, good judge on the ball and doesn't give up yardage by misjudging or lacks quick decision making. Chark did an above average job but there was some games where he didn't come up and field a kick or fielded a kick at the 5 and gave up big yards, saw him in one game give up nearly 109 yards of field position. That's a huge hole to put your offense in. Kick offs, you need either 2 really fast guys or use a fast guy and a real shifty guy with decent speed. Wouldn't use helaire at all, save him for his position.

People keep talking about this guy like he is the second coming. Is he really that good?

Jenkins and Jones could suppose people. It's almost like they were forgotten after the other 2 signed

Donte was also a great tackler in space. How many games did you even watch?

My guess is Stevens or Dillion for punts and CEH for kickoffs.

Jarell Cherry on punts. 4.6 in the 40 and the punter will flop like John Stockton before trying to tackle him.

20 second video of Jarell running the anchor for his high school track team.

On kickoffs Jarell will be joined by Dare Rosenthal. The whole kicking team will flop or ride on his back for the TD.

18 second video of his 74 fumble recovery return for a TD. The little guy closes the gap only after Dare lets up around the 10 yard line.
