re: Flyway Federation of Louisiana?

I’ve said from the beginning that yes, the corn is prob helping hold some ducks. But ducks have to get more nutrition that just corn. But their tactics of bashing everyone is going to get them nowhere. I think they finally accepted the fact that hunting cornfields is legal. The groups they bash aren’t built to help Louisiana hunters smash the ducks everyday. They are CONSERVATION groups.

There are just way to many other factors I believe more important to migration change. Hell its gonna be 80* today. One question I asked to them that’s never been answered...if it’s all corns fault then why is nothing but blue wings still in south Louisiana?

Lying about what? The amount of ducks in Louisiana???? It’s s god damn conspiracy I tell ya!!!!

Also a few things-
This years weather has been unseasonably warm

Every single state in our flyaway has optimal water conditions, the last time this happened was mid 1990’s.

Birds go rest in the gulf now due to all the baws and their mud motors riding every single piece of marsh looking for ducks.

Ag practices have expanded out west

Ag practices north of us have changed

All of these are some of the reasons why this year has been really tough
