I thought the puffin was terrible. Fishy, smokey and gamey.
The whale was better, but then I felt guilty the rest of the trip for eating it.

Escamoles while in Mexico. It’s a really buttery, nutritious dish and it makes a great taco. Mine looked exactly like this:
