I will say on a personal level that Evans was an exceptional young man in high school. He was highly intelligent and respectful for all those around him.
He took upper level classes and was selected by the administration to be a Tiger Ambassador which are the high school hosts that show up for public appearances and lead community leaders on tours of the school and programs.
He comes from a good family.
