He's a god awful foreign diplomat, alienating foreign partners but buddying-up with Putin.
Also, Twitter temperament should count. A commander in chief that is clearly impulsive and wreckless, having a dick swinging contest with north korea over twitter is a bad commander in chief.

If you think you can chime in on this subject matter. Please, tell us, what IN YOUR definition defines a GOOD diplomat? One that other countries like and think is a sweetheart, like Obama?

He's only a bad foreign diplomat because he got us out of paying for everything around the world that Obama had us paying for, such as the Paris Climate Accord.
