I don't know. The article says it's a co-production with a Polish company, but the show runners and people in charge are from here and are tied to North American shows like Daredevil and The Expanse.
ETA: This seems like it'd be too expensive to film an action series this way, but they could do what they did with Norsemen. That's a Norwegian comedy that they filmed in both Norwegian and English so there's no dubbing.
