Also, veterans couldn't get enrolled and the VA couldn't complete hiring actions at the VA, because they furloughed people that make ID cards, do background checks, and so forth.

I'm stuck in the shithole of DC right now. My neighbor said the shutdown back in '13 was completely orchestrated at the stroke of midnight, like trucks literally started rolling down the street like a parade to block off shite. Obama is no different that little rocket man...

This is the first time I've heard anything regarding Obama's role in this travesty.
I remember a Congressman from West Texas, Randy Neugubauer (R-Nutjob) getting belligerent with elderly visitors to the memorial and rightly being skewered publicly for his tantric outburst. Needless to say, this man is no longer serving in Congress.
