Unfortunately, I hear Enquist is almost as bad as Spinoza. Anyone know anything about this guy beyond rumors?

I sure haven't heard his name in the news like I have Spinosa. Also, it would seem all of the businesses the family operates are fairly successful.
Hopefully they can get a nice grocery store to locate in there.

I just want to see how he appeases those folks who are set to have their homes torn down to make way for the easement into their properties thanks to his dumb@ssery in building them on other folks' property.

I've been involved in a few projects with John, his day job is running H&E Equipment and does development on the side.
He's a good dude a little on the crazy side def not sleazy/or a criminal like Spinoza.
