Was going to travel to Bruges in 2015 but trip fell through. Here's some notes I made, might help you out

Beer: Dentergems , Brugse Zot, Straffe Hendrick triple
Dinner: Park / Reliva
Lunch: Curiosa, Brasserie Medard, Bistro de Schilder, Café Terrastje
Coffee: Délisa 'Délices & Saveurs', Bean Around the World
Hot Chocolate – The Old Chocolate House
Basilica of the Holy Blood @ 11am (see relic)
Rozenhoedkaai – most scenic spot in Bruges
Groene rei – beautiful brigde
Shopping: L’Héroïne, Curiositeiten
Bookstore: Brugse Boekhandel
Christmas items: De Witte Pelikaan
Waffles – Carpe Diem, Laurenzino
Chocolate: Depla Chocolatier, Chocolate Line, Chocolaterie Spegelaere
Fries: right in front of Belfry Tower
Begijnhof - a very old convent.
The De Halve Maan Brewery!
Walk to the top of the Belfry Tower – be there when it opens 9:30am
Canal boat tour

Bars:
Le Trappist
T' Brugsch Bieratelier
Bierbrasserie Cambrinus – Westvleteren beer
Staminee De Garre
Herberg Vlissinghe? (oldest bar in Bruges)
Druids Cellar – fun Irish pub / Thursday night
Duvelorium -

Beer shops:
The Bottle Shop, De Struise Beer Shop, Delhaize supermarket on Noordzandstraat

2Be - beer pub and beer superstore right on a canal with great views.

Amazing- thank you.

I’m hoping it won’t be crowded as it will be February. I’ll be there 1 night.

Is a boat tour worth it?

I want to check out the alcoves. Or should I say “nooks and crannies”?
