You are not allowed to send recruiting stuff that early
Only thing the NCAA allows is information on the school (non athletic information), questionnaires, and stuff on camps

That’s my guess too. She’s a Parkette, loves Christina, and maybe CD made sure she was sent camp info. She just finished level 6...I would think you wouldn’t recruit anyone below level 10. Maybe if a 9 is exceptional on a certain event but even then...

I didn't think about that. I wish the post would have specified that because now it's out there as an assumption that LSU sent recruiting mail to a 9 year old.
