Wife purchased a new french door refrigerator without a water dispenser. I moved the old one to the basement. Now wife ask me about three times a day to get her a glass of water from the basement.
Wife isn’t really a lazy person, but i’m constantly amazed at how many tasks which require minimal effort she appears to avoid as if deadly (replacing paper towels or TP, rinsing dishes, taking out trash, cleaning lent trap, etc).

I would check the dryer lint trap on occasion and could barely yank it out due to almost 2 inches of lint in there. The lint trap is 15 inches long.
She would say the dryer is taking longer to dry and I’d check it, show her the layers of lint on the trap screen, and repeat at times.
