If you can cede your natural rights to contract with a private company for employment, you can certainly cede the same rights as part of a social contract with a society at large. The pedestal that people place "bidness" on is just amazing at times.

One actually has the choice to enter a contract in the former; the latter is unilaterally coerced.

While there is quite a lot about the current state of 'bidnesses' that I take issue with, at least they rely on voluntary transactions.
