Anyone else can’t let ridiculous stuff go?

I’m lying here in bed torturing myself for making a dumb miscalculation that cost me 20 dollars playing poker. Absolutely sick to my stomach over it and I barely bat an eye when illness or death strike my family. It’s like I should avoid doing things I enjoy to avoid over analyzing things. OCD sucks

That was a learning experience. You won't make that mistake again. Luckily it wasn't $20,000 bucks. Time to get over it.
