re: What is this boards obsession with air raid type offenses?

We’re not obsessed with the Air Raid, we’re very interested in a different variation/evolution of the Air Raid, such as a the Veer and Shoot or Power Spread. Both of these untilize the run more than the pass, but the passing attack concept spread the field so wide that it keeps the D honest, opens up very wide run lanes for RBs, utilizes the talent we will have regarding size and speed at WR, and mos of the routes are so horizontal or vertical that it’s a relatively simple offense for a QB to learn and if he’s put back in the gun also keeps a smaller younger guy like Brennan safe.
