In the short term yes, but recruits and coaches want stability, which comes from the head coach and no where else. If you’re doing it right coordinators should be leaving.

Can O interfere with their game plans and screw it up. You damn right. We have direct knowledge of that. So I wouldn’t be so sure of yourself
