The guy could of made up every quote and the entire narrative whole cloth for all I know, but what I do know is that Trump has responded to this novel in ways that only do the opposite of suggesting that.

He’s acting like a triggered snowflake, throwing one of his closest political advisors under the bus publically and in spectacular fashion, including already sending cease and desist letters. Meanwhile Bannon has yet to formally deny what was said. And while Trumpkins like those that spend their waking days apologizing for him on messageboards will jump to believe whatever strategy is ultimately adopted to beat this book back, like usual Trump’s thin skin and poor leadership has only served to bring even greater believability of authenticity to the books most damning Bannon quotes.
