No you can't


Today's was tough at GCF.

50 wall ball (20lb/14lb) - I did 14
25 ring rows
50 box step-ups (30"/24") - I did 24"
25 push-ups - scaled to knees
50 back extensions
25 knees to elbows - I did kipping knee raises. First time doing any kipping
50 situps
50 OH lunges 45lb/25lb - I did 25lb

I couldn't be a member there. I think ours might be Crossfit lite.
