What do you guys like? I would strongly consider the later spring or summer if you want to party, reason being is it gets dark very early in much of Europe during the winter/ spring. So if you stay up drinking late, you will likely not have much daylight to do tourism things.
I would strongly consider flying in and out of a different city. Saves travel time, even if it costs more.
To see a bunch of different countries in a short amount of time/ travel, Paris/ belgium/ amsterdam/ western Germany is hard to beat.

More of a pub drinking group than a partying group for sure.
Enjoy the outdoors. Rather local culture rather than tourist traps.
Have a history buff with us as well.

Yep. Also, I'm assuming y'all are from the South. Winter can be nasty in northern Europe.
