The 2019 recruiting class

I was just looking at who we could get for 2019. The 2019 class could be like Georgia's class this year. If we can get everyone we are supposed to get that could be one of the best classes we've ever had. We could potentially get the top 2 players and 3 in the top 10. It would go along really nice with what we have this year.

What Kirby is doing at Georgia is absolutely incredible. I never thought he would have been this successful so early in his tenure.

If he can control the state he will have top 5 classes every year on that alone

I’m not encouraged by O thus far, but I agree with this. The 2019 class could be special.

I meant Smart. Sorry for the confusion

Coach Richt left Georgia in great shape, it’s not all Kirby.

If we are going to compete for the top 4 we are going to have to sign top classes in down La years also.

Make the playoffs and it'll be a dynamite class

Want to pull those guys? WIN next year. Beat Miami, beat UGA, beat Bama and those kids will be knocking down the door to sign early. You win next year, that 2019 class could keep O here for a while.

and so far we have. you seem to use class ratings as your ONLY measure. recruiting isn't a math class. a TEAM is what wins games and you need top caliber guys at all positions and special teams also. no one recruits top 4 every year except saban and meyer and methinks there is some "bumping" in those cases. Clemson has probably been averaging #10 for the last 4 or 5 years.

Believe it or not the quarterback position in Louisiana will be one of the best in a long time in terms of talent and quantity in 2020.
West Monroe has a true stud out there that is about 6'4 200 with a rocket arm and great mobility.
Zachary has a quarterback that will be likely the top dual threat in the nation in two years and Ponchatoula has a freak of a quarterback themselves that will be highly regarded.
So, it may be that we wait until 2020 to go after a quarterback again.

Hasn't played enough to know for sure but he brought back WM vs Zachary when Bolden sucked the 1st 2/3 of game.

This argument regarding Clemson’s lower rated classes holds no weight.
For 1) Dabo can coach circles around O, secondly having great QBs like Clemson has had ups every other position on that team
