What makes ranters chose sides of a qb they've never seen play?

Serious question.
Minds are made on MB and LN already for numerous posters.
Why?
Race?
State loyalty?
Size?
Name?
Just curious why some people choose to be pumping one guy over another with not much to go by other than some dumbass kid saying one is "shitting" all over the other.
Or some hs stats.
Weird bunch of people that come here and claim to be LSU fans.
You'd think one thing everyone could agree on is let best man win and nobody really knows who that is yet.

First of all, frick you. I'm not choosing one side over the other, I don't give a shite about who starts as long as they give LSU the best chance to win, I was just passing along info from a starter on the defense.

Yes, I know Brennan went to HS in MS. He went to Stanislaus, a boarding school for some elite preps. I think he may have grown up on the MS GC, but his lineage is from NOLA. (Yes, THOSE Brennans.)

sure, I loved bert jones and tommy hodson. no what? rohan Davey is one of my favorite lsu qb's. herb tyler was also one of my faves. those 4 probably my all time faves.
