Bowl games don’t count either...
There is something in the NCAA records that separate bowls from regular season games prior to the CFB Playoff.
Not sure how it works though. I just remember before BCS and everything else, Bowls didn’t count on a coaches official record.

Oh I dunno. I guess winning isn't that important. I can see where if you don't like a coach, then him winning would probably make you miserable

Well, he is right you know. There were talented players on the team when miles left, for sure...but there were more critical weaknesses.
