1. Comcast throttled, was sued, and LOST before NN.
2. Did NN just make it "more" illegal to throttle?
seriously, is that the argument from you idiots?

It is funny to me how many people trust the government more than the free market

Generally speaking leaving good ideas up to the court's discretion is a bold strategy.
Theres a long list of court decisions that were made without public input that were terrible for society.

the solution to government created monopolies is to give government more power!

which case was this? because Comcast won in 2010 when they were sued by the FCC
then Verizon sued in 2011 and won as well

The liberals love communism everywhere else, why not bandwith communism?
Seriously, if a company is engaged in these practices, then that opens the opportunity for another company to start up based on fairness. If more people subscribe to that provider the free markets works again.
It was all a standard government power grab disguised as the government trying to help.

Go read the thread on the OT and people not understanding how free markets work. You want more ISPs? Cut the red tape it takes to enter the market. Don't keep the red tape and try to solve the monopoly issue with a shite law like NN.
