Brandin Cooks does not make the New England offense better. Zero sum player.

Mental/physical midget.
Adds nothing. Not even close to a #1 WR.
clown should be embarrassed

He does not make their offense better at all, period.
He’s taking targets from better players

Typical auburn redneck retard. Haven’t you had a bad enough life already?
Posted on 12/12/17 at 1:31 am to Vanilla Ice
Yeah he screwed up my fantasy team also. I'll probably bench him next weekend and he'll explode.

Well... other than being the fastest player on their roster, who leads the Pats in receiving yards, and is second on the team in receptions and TD’s... Cooks doesn’t really bring anything to the table

he's not an elite top 5 WR, but he's easily a #1 WR.
yal are ridiculous as shite.
Julio has had 2 games this year with <50 yards
Brown has had 2 games this year with <50 yards
Green has had 3 games this year with <50 yards
Hopkins has had 1 game this year with <50 yards
Thielen has had 3 games this year with <50 yards
Allen has had 4 games this year with <50 yards
Thomas has had 2 games this year with <50 yards
Cooks had had 5 games this year with <50 yards
He might not be a top 5 WR, but you wouldn't take 10 WRs over him.

surely does open things up for slower receivers, people should go ask snead and thomas how hard their lives are now that cooks isn't drawing attention away from them.

Not too mention he’s playing in a role where’s he’s doing more than what they wanted him to do initially with Edelman being out.

I like Cooks. He’s probably around 9 or 10.
I’d love to still have him in New Orleans, but I think I like Michael Thomas’ range over Cooks speed. Wish they both could play together.
No reason to hate on him though. Saints got a first round pick/offensive lineman starter for him.

This is bullshite. I can name way more than 10 receivers I would take over Cooks.

Brown
Julio
OBJ
AJ Green
Hopkins
Keenan Allen
Michael Thomas
Doug Baldwin
TY Hilton
Mike Evans
OP's premise is dumb, though. Of course he helps the Pats' offense.

Brandin Cooks is soft. That's his biggest flaw.
He can run a great route and use his speed to get open, but he can not fight for a contested pass.
Everyone saw this in NO. He was electric but then he was easily shut down

He is a star but NO traded him because he was the stereotypical diva WR who acted like a little bitch when he didn't get his. The triggering incident happened when he went off on a locker room tirade because he didn't get any targets and Micheal Thomas was featured in a game THEY WON BY 28 POINTS. It hurt his ego that he was used as a decoy in their game plan.
These guys get all the attention, but how many rings do guys like TO/OchoCinco/Moss/Brandon Marshall have? The Saints are a playoff team without him and with Ted Ginn Jr. getting his targets. If Cooks was on the 2017 Saints he'd be crying to the media about how Alvin Kamara is stealing his glory.
