We do and I wish we never started it. It's cute for a minute...but then it becomes a burden. And it's weird to always say "the elf is watching you"... isn't it supposed to be that Santa is watching you?

I hope you can get over the heavy burden of taking 30 seconds to move a stuffed toy every night. LOL
