Well, I didn't vote. I should have voted for Vitter.

I didn't abstain because of the extra-marital affair (that is a family issue). I didn't vote for him because he is an a-hole.

Alabama saw us make a grave mistake here and is about to apply that lesson with Roy Moore.

And I hate Roy Moore.

All this "it's only one term!!!" talk is dumb and dangerous and completely discounts the staying power incumbency gives politicians. We only got rid of Mary Landrieu on our fourth try in nearly 20 years and that took a vote for ObamaCare that massively pissed us off.

That's precisely one of the reasons why I voted for Vitter. There are a lot of corrupt elements in this state that Vitter was correctly going after and that's why you saw a groundswell from pieces of shite like the Sheriff's association and trial lawyers pouring money and endorsements for JBE.

Vitter had the right enemies that made me support him.

It's the same rationale that Trump ran on and won with in 2016 and why I voted for him as well.
