When the staple play in the offense requires the QB to hand the ball off 1-2 yards past the line of scrimmage, you have to be knocking people off the ball consistently. That takes superior personnel.

Curtis hasn't had a "great" offensive line since 2012 and they've done fairly well in the Catholic league even with the crappy lines they've had. They don't have superior personnel right now, they have some outstanding individuals which shine but their O-line is sub par. And they aren't handing off 1-2 yards past the LOS, the handoff is supposed to happen at the LOS.

don't forget the defense they've had which has never really singlehandedly derailed their chances for the Dome in damn near 50 years. You'd think it would have happened a few times in that span simply from just being young in a few spots at a time
