She closed the window's drapes and pushed the gun away from the window as Nuñez held it, she said.
She had already testified that the victim pointed it out the window first, before even giving the rifle to Nunez. Just because Nunez was holding the rifle went she got up to close the curtains, doesn't mean the victim never pointed the gun
Because she testified that THEY BOTH did it

When does shooting happen 2 minutes too long

the three minutes he was on the ground with all fours spread yelling please just arrest me
The reason they the cops didn't want to approach him was the blind corner and the closed doors to the room. If they had approached him they set themselves up for a possible ambush from around the corner or from the rooms.

White cop, white victim, nothing to see here. Move on...

You’re basing that off what?

1. This isn’t fricking Afghanistan
2. What’s the point of having these stupid fricking roided up SWAT teams if all they can do is cram eight guys with rifles into a hallway and shoot people? Clear the fricking room you pussies.

Oh ENOUGH of this bullshite. They need to stop being cops, period.
We are not better off being “protected” by people that are so worried about their safety that they will shoot in the situation depicted in that video.

Never happened. Though Robb keeps suggesting it,
Maybe someone should listen to the 911 tapes then
Because that's all the cops had to go on at the time. "Multiple people, in room, pointing a gun at the crowded pool area"

Never happened. Though Robb keeps suggesting it, the window was unopened. The 3 were inside their room.
Someone reported it on Youtube link
case went to trial, apparently this evidence is there... Jury acquitted the cops
Look, let's concede a bad cop/trigger happy whatever...
but I for one don't believe Police just show up in a hotel with an assault rifle and start shooting people leaving their hotel room...
as always, it's what we don't know before the camera started rolling.
Yes, the video evidence looks horrible, looks like murder to me.
I always want to know why the police where there, ticked off, and on edge...
they obviously were very nervous...so why is that?

As long as that guy was laying in the hallway, they are not allowed to unleash a dog, detonate a flash bang, operate a remote device, or approach the door
Getting him to come to them was their only option. It went horribly wrong
And a jury saw and heard that evidence, and said a cop shouldn't go to prison for that set of circumstances

Because there were 8 of them, and NOT ONE approached the door
And the one at the Bellagio that did, got shot

The suspect is down and cooperative. They had every opportunity to move in on him. Or like most departments, they could have had him stand and walk backwards with his hands behind his head. Instead, this murderer created a situation where there was going to be no fluid movements for thr suspect and nearly guaranteed he was going to stumble and make a quick movement that startled a trigger happy cop.
This is my issue with this HS Hero Cop. From the video he had escalated the situation when he had a compliant perp. This asshat and the Buttnugget cop in SC that shot the unarmed black man running away 9 times and the planted a taser need to rot in jail.
