There is luck involved. But It’s more of a game of skill than luck. Being able to evaluate teams and players. Basic economic concepts. Opportunity cost. Supply and demand. Etc. Being good with numbers..

You make it sound like a job.

Yahoo said I was going to finish dead frickin last in my league, I started 0-4, didn't change anything about my roster, and am now in a position to take the #1 seed in the playoffs. I have the highest single game score by drafted players (165).

I've been picked to finish last every year for the last 3, started 3-6 twice, and won 7 straight both times, making tons of waiver moves, and won the league both times. Simply by picking up the hot players when they were available. I set the league record twice for most points by post-draft acquisitions.

I went 12-1 once, and lost in the championship to the same guy I lost to in the regular season. I believe he lost 2 games to guys that I blew out.

I'd chalk most of that up to luck, good or bad. Some skill to recognize opportunities, but mostly luck.

Boom, where would you rank yourself as far as posters with most fantasy skill on this board?

Has to be tier 1 right?
