I feel very blessed to have lived through all my stupid collegeness (and beyond a little) before everyone had a cell phone. Holy cow we would all be in jail.

hell yea. I was actually arrested (or at least put in a paddy wagon along with others and brought downtown to jail) during hell week. for the younger set, that was ole miss week. I got cornered by a police k nine in the student union. the dog stopped my arse cold and I didn't move a muscle until the cop came and "rescued me". yes, I was drunk. we were all drunk and raising hell. downtown, the head cop? came (after we'd been there awhile sobering up) and let us all go. they were just enforcing order. great times.
