The Freeze talk is ramping up. I would favor bringing him in. I believe he's a great offensive strategist, and would likely be on the best of behavior....He's still a young man, and could use the time to repair his image.

Nah. Orgeron gives you the perfect cover. If it fails for whatever reason, you fire Orgeron and blame him.
If you win, it goes away and nobody cares. And, you spin it as offering someone a second chance. Many have received 2nd chances. Bama did it with Sarkesian. Easy sell.

If Canada is gone O better hire either briles or freeze because if he struggles next year it may be the ground work for a very short head coaching at LSU for him.

No offense but you must be too young to fully comprehend the cons this move would have which clearly outweighs the pros. You think the parents of future recruits all have amnesia orrrr...if they don't have a clue...don't think the other teams after that player will use that as .300 cal. bullets to nega recruit?? It would be a disaster!!!
