Horrible idea. Some of the worst shite I had ever heard of happened at the movies. Kids will fricking take the first chance they get. The fact that his daughter is openly dating at 13 says everything imo.
This gets passed on to the mother, what is she like? No offense to OP but if I had to guess the mom in some way is behind this, directly or not. She sets the bar for her daughter. The daughter is now putting the mom influence to work at this very sensitive time.
Some of the best and most non-loose females I ever knew were nowhere near dating at 13.
