You didnt see the rest because you were probably like me and looking to far into the distance. Put the player on the slowest speed, start at the three second mark and look in the very middle of the screen, towards the very middle of the room...at the :05 mark the camera starts to pan to the right and you can see the three figures start to move toward the stairs
ETA: you have to watch their legs to see the movement
