Why? Because she throws tantrums and probably tells her parents to frick off? Because she meets older guys on social media applications? Doctors diagnose anything these days. What caused this diagnosis in the first place?

She's 15. Her parents obviously didn't care enough to stop it and I assume she probably does what she wants, or at least did until now.

I'm not saying the dude isnt a creep, but sounds like she could have prevented this. Genius idea, don't give out your address or plan to meet someone when you (15 yrs old) can make that decision and know it's wrong.
