SAPs are disconnected from all outside electronic communication. The only conceivable way to steal the info is to either take pictures of it, memorize it or have an inside source.

This isn't necessarily true. There are different types of SAPs and USAPs. The ones operated by the government, constitutionally, will of course be physically isolated but not all are run that way, especially if they are under the oversight of DoD contractors.

So are we CERTAIN that she did not have clearance to access SAPs as Scretary of State? Just checking before i throw this out at a dem crying “trump committed treason with Russia against the US”. You wouldn’t believe how many dems on twitter are STILL crying Russia Russia Russia and when you bring up Uranium One they say “debunked debunked debunked” and some still even give you a SNOPES link along with their debunked chant
